Do I have to wait for an Installation Technician?

If you are installing StreamMSCTV TV on your own devices, you can do it on your own. There are simple self-install videos, and we have support staff on-hand during regular office hours as well as after-hour support to talk you through the process.

If you are renting a STB, a technician may need to come to your premise to install it. There is no installation charge for this service.
